Three Ten (310 East 53rd Street) is a new 30‑story luxury residential tower located in the heart of Manhattan. The project required the installation of complex, high‑performance mechanical systems to support residential comfort, building efficiency, and operational reliability in a dense urban setting.
EQUANS MEP served as a sub‑contractor in the role of HVAC Mechanical Contractor, responsible for the complete installation of the building’s core mechanical infrastructure. The scope of work included a central boiler plant, central chiller plant, rooftop cooling towers, four‑pipe fan coil units throughout the residential floors, and a dedicated HVAC system for the underground garage.
All systems were installed to meet the performance expectations of a luxury high‑rise while coordinating with other trades and maintaining strict schedule and budget controls in one of New York City’s most active neighborhoods.
