PROJECT SCOPE HIGHLIGHTS

- Coordination and installation of a new Multistack water‑cooled chiller
- Installation of an associated cooling tower and pumps
- Phased execution during the hotel’s off‑season to reduce operational disruption
- Installation of new make‑up air units in the lobby to eliminate air infiltration issues
- Replacement of all water‑cooled packaged units and direct‑expansion air handlers with chilled water‑cooled air handling units
- Replacement of 100 guestroom fan coil units over a six‑week period
- Upgrades to ventilation systems in all lower‑level meeting rooms
- HVAC systems supporting the addition of a new fitness club
- Mechanical upgrades supporting renovations to the renowned Oak Dining Room
