Measuring, cutting, fitting, welding, grinding and other fabrication related activities are done faster and more precisely in a workshop setting rather on-site. We fabricate in our shop to practice lean manufacturing such as reducing waste; reducing wasted material, reducing wasted time, reducing wasted effort, etc. Combined with Just-In-Time delivery, this enables shorter delivery schedules, higher quality products, less site storage and handling and often lower overall costs.
Fabrication is part of another service we offer: modularization. Designing and constructing systems or structures as independent, factory-built modules to be assembled on-site is modularization. Modularized systems are most often skid-mounted with all onboard components and controls being fully assembled, wired and tested, to the extent possible. This enables systems to be more easily and quickly installed and put into operation as as well as making relocation simpler and less expensive.
Let us show you the advantages of fabrication and modularization for your next project.
